Mas allá de las montañas - Rehabilitación de la hacienda La Magdalena en Viotá, Cundinamarca

Abstract

El proyecto de grado trata de la generación de valor agregado a una hacienda cafetera en Viotá, Cundinamarca. Posee un ámbito arquitectónico, con enfoque en vivienda, haciendo énfasis en lugar y territorio. El objetivo general, es la recuperación de la hacienda la magdalena como parte fundamental del contexto y paisaje de Viotá. Ya que por su periodo de violencia, hubo una perdida de identidad y de sus valores arquitectónicos expresados en sus haciendas. La hacienda la magdalena se encuentra ubicada al nororiente del municipio, a 4 kilómetros del c asco urbano, el lote de 22 hectareas se intervendrá para abrir la hacienda al turismo, creando accesos que permitan la circulación, generando una red entre los tres objetivos. La propuesta se dividirá en tres partes: La recuperación de la casa, re-construcción del beneficiadero y la inserción de infraestructura hotelera. Respecto a la casa, con un área de 450 m2 , se convertirá en el espacio social y administrativo. En cuanto al beneficiadero, con un área de 700 m2 , se reconstruirá y adecuara en una galería itinerante mezclada con la producción artesanal del café y un salón de eventos. Y respecto a la estructura hotelera se ubicara al costado sur de la casa, junto con sus servicios desagregados y 18 cabañas repartidas uniformemente, implantadas en medio de los cafetales construidas en guadua , construida de acuerdo a las determinantes del lote.

The degree project is the generation of added value to a coffee farm in Viotá, Cundinamarca. It has an architectural ambience, with a focus on housing, emphasizing place and territory. The general objective is the recovery of the Magdalena farm as a fundamental part of the context and landscape of Viotá. Because of its period of violence, there was a loss of identity and of its architectural values expressed in their haciendas. The hacienda la magdalena is located in the northeast of the municipality, 4 kilometers from the urban area, the lot of 22 hectares will be intervened to open the hacienda to tourism, creating access that allows circulation, generating a network between the three objectives. The proposal will be divided into three parts: The recovery of the house, the re-construction of the beneficiary and the insertion of hotel infrastructure. Compared to the house, with an area of 450 m2 , it will become the social and administrative space. As for the beneficiary, with an area of 700 m2, it will be rebuilt and adapted in a travelling gallery mixed with the artisanal coffee production and an event hall. As for the hotel structure, it will be located on the south side of the house, along with its disaggregated services and 18 cabins distributed uniformly, located in the middle of the coffee plantations built in guadua , built according to lot determinants.
