Propuesta ambiental para el plan de desarrollo del municipio de Villa Pinzón período 2020-2024

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación el lector encontrará el desarrollo de un proceso de investigación que tuvo como objetivo general la elaboración de una propuesta ambiental el plan de desarrollo del municipio de Villa Pinzón período 2020-2024. Para llegar a completar este objetivo fueron establecidas cuatro metas intermedias; la primera de ellas correspondió a la caracterización y evaluación ambiental del municipio de Villa Pinzón para el periodo 2006-2019. Posterior a esto vino la caracterización del marco normativo y jurisprudencial estructurado para el municipio, el diseño de la propuesta de abordaje para la gestión integral del recurso hídrico y la estructuración de tres componentes de inclusión al PDM 2020-2024; estos componentes fueron la creación de una estratégica de articulación, la estructuración de una propuesta de cooperación y el desarrollar un modelo de gestión del riesgo microfocalizado en la prevención y prospección.

In this research work, the reader will find the development of a research process whose general objective was the development of an environmental proposal for the development plan of the municipality of Villa Pinzón, period 2020-2024. In order to complete this objective, four intermediate goals were established; The first one corresponded to the environmental characterization and evaluation of the municipality of Villa Pinzón for the period 2006-2019. Subsequent to this came the characterization of the normative and jurisprudential framework structured for the municipality, the design of the proposed approach for the integral management of the water resource and the structuring of three components of inclusion to the PDM 2020-2024; These components were the creation of a strategic articulation, the structuring of a cooperation proposal and the development of a microfocalized risk management model in prevention and prospecting.
