Prototipos de vivienda unifamiliar con sistemas de autoabastecimiento y energías renovables en el paisaje del municipio de Tabio

Abstract

El planteamiento de vivienda autosuficiente para el municipio de Tabio, proporciona métodos de recolección y administración de recursos naturales que permitan mitigar la huella ecológica habitual causada por consumo de energías no renovables, que pueden generar alto impacto en el medio ambiente, con el pasar de los años, la idea de desarrollar prototipos de vivienda que aprovechen la energía solar, eólica, hídrica y energía de bio masas. Y que además tengan un bajo impacto ambiental en su elaboración, surge el planteamiento de asegurar espacios habitables para cada tipo de vivienda a partir de contenedores marítimos. Mediante viviendas cuyos materiales constructivos sean la implementación de contenedores marítimos que permitan la modulación de espacios habitables, para de esta manera aumentar el confort habitacional en las viviendas rurales del municipio de Tabio. Además de proveer sistemas de autoabastecimiento energético de bajo impacto ecológico, se abre el camino a esta investigación acerca de métodos y mecanismos administrativos de energía que generen la estancia y el confort perfecto, al interior de los prototipos de vivienda sin generar un consumo desmesurado de energía o un impacto ambiental degenerativo del hábitat por consumo excesivo.

The approach of self-sufficient rural housing for the municipality of Tabio, provides methods of collection and administration of natural resources that affect the usual ecological footprint caused by consumption of non-renewable energies, which can generate high impact on the environment, with the passing of years, the idea of developing housing prototypes that take advantage of solar, wind, water and bio mass energy. And that also have a low environmental impact in its preparation, the approach arises to guarantee habitable spaces for each type of housing from maritime containers. Through housing whose construction materials are the implementation of maritime containers that require the modulation of living spaces, in order to increase housing comfort in rural homes in the municipality of Tabio. In addition to providing energy self-sufficiency systems of low ecological impact, it opens the way to this research about methods and administrative mechanisms of energy that generate the perfect stay and comfort, inside the housing prototypes without generating an excessive consumption of energy or a degenerative environmental impact of the habitat due to excessive consumption.
