Mejoramiento de la competitividad sostenible en las cadenas agroproductivas del departamento del Meta

Abstract

El presente proyecto está fundamentado en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, especialmente en lo que se refiere a la reducción del desperdicio de alimentos que generan pérdidas. Su desarrollo tuvo como soporte el problema del crecimiento que presenta la región Metense en el sector agrícola generando una insuficiente participación en la productividad. El desarrollo de este proyecto se centró en la construcción adecuación e implementación de centros de acopio para el procesamiento de los productos frutícolas para que los productores puedan comercializar alimentos de manera permanente, oportuna, en cantidad, variedad y calidad. Lo cual generó un incremento de seguridad en la productividad agrícola frutícola y logrando una disminución en la inseguridad alimentaria del departamento.

The scope of this thesis is to implement the agri-food system to the improvement of the sustainable competitiveness of the productive chains in the Department of Meta, which is based on Goal 12 of the Sustainable Development Goals, with the prospect of goal 12.3 on reducing the waste of food that generates losses. Its development is supported by the present project that explains the problem of the growth that the region presents in the agricultural sector presenting an insufficient participation in productivity. Which is why it is necessary to guarantee that the population disposes, accesses and commercializes food in a permanent way, timely and in quantity, variety and quality. Generating an increase and security in fruit agricultural productivity and achieving a great decrease in the food insecurity of the department.
