Construcción y prueba piloto de un sistema de información para el manejo de historia clínica oncológica

Abstract

La empresa Salud T.I ofrece soluciones tecnológicas en el campo de la salud, suministrando herramientas que satisfagan las necesidades actuales, facilitando la labor de las IPS (instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud) y del personal involucrado en la atención en salud, mejorando de esta manera la calidad de vida de los pacientes al brindar integralidad en el manejo de la enfermedad; este proyecto estudia la viabilidad de implementar un software para el manejo de pacientes con enfermedad oncológica mediante la construcción y prueba piloto de un sistema de información. Durante la fase de inicio y planeación a la cual corresponde este trabajo se llevaron a cabo estudios de mercado, técnico, económico-financiero, social y ambiental que respaldan la idea de negocio y arrojan factibilidad del proyecto; de igual manera la aplicación de la metodología de gestión de proyectos PMI en cada una de las áreas es de vital importancia para garantizar el éxito del proyecto.

The Health IT Company offers technological solutions in the field of health, providing tolos that meet current needs, facilitating the work of tje IPS (institutions providing health services) and of the personnel involved in health care, thus improving the quality of lige of patients by providing integrality in the management of the disease; this Project sudies the deasibility of omplementing software for the management of patients with cáncer disease through the contruction and pilot testing of an information system. During the start-up and plannign phase to which this work corresponds, market, technical, economic-financial, social and environmental studies were carried out that support the business idea and make the Project feasible; likewise, the application of the PMI Project management methodology in each of the áreas is of vital importance to guarantee the success of the Project.
