Abstract

En el actual trabajo se evidencian los diferentes conocimientos aprendidos durante el estudio de la especialización Gerencia de Proyectos. Con la preparación del profesional se busca por medio de esta disciplina planear, orientar y controlar los procesos presentes del PMBOK, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos propuestos y así lograr el éxito de los proyecto dentro de los limites estipulados. Colocando en práctica lo s conocimiento adquiridos, se plantea el proyecto GREEEN APARTAMENTOS BIOCLIMATICOS EN VILLAVICENCIO - META, que consiste en el diseño y la construcción de una torre de apartamentos bioclimáticos, integrando las condiciones actuales del entorno y recursos naturales que generen confort, calidad y economía de mantenimiento en los apartamentos.

In the current degree work are evidenced the different knowledge learned during the study of the specialization in project management With the professional preparation it is sought through this discipline to plan, guide and control the present process in the PMBOK, in order to achieve the proposed objectives and thus get the success of the projects within the stipulated limits Putting into practice the knowledge acquired, the GREEN BIOCLIMATIC APARTMENTS IN VILLAVICENCIO - META project is proposed that consists in the design and construction of a bioclimatic apartment tower integrating the current conditions of the environment and natural resources that generate comfort, quality and maintenance economy in the apartments.
