Abstract

Actualmente en Colombia no existe la cultura del seguro, dado que los colombianos creen que son costosos, no se ajustan a las necesidades y son innecesarios. Aunque, el país está avanzando en el posicionamiento de la cultura del seguro la penetración en el mercado es del 2,9%, tasa que es muy baja y esto se debe a los bajos ingresos, la autoexclusión y la falta de educación financiera de los colombianos.

Al observar esta problemática nace la idea de Protect Risk, una aplicación que va recopilar la información del portafolio de las aseguradoras con beneficios, coberturas y precios; esto con el fin de que el usuario ingrese a la app y filtre por el tipo de seguro que necesita y pueda comparar en línea la oferta de cada una de las aseguradoras y escoja la mejor opción de acuerdo sus necesidades y presupuesto.

Esta aplicación busca facilitar la información para adquirir un seguro, dado que actualmente si se desea comprar un seguro el tomador debe dirigirse a cada aseguradora para adquirir información y finalmente el cliente no conoce la oferta real del mercado y compra un seguro que no va de acuerdo a sus necesidades.

In Colombia does not exist the culture of the warranty, since the Colombians think that it most expensive, and it dont adjust to the needs and just it unnecessary. Although, the country this advancing in the positioning of the culture of the insurance the penetration in the market is of 2,9%, prices that it is very low and this is due to the low income, the autoexclusión and the fault of financial education of the Colombians. When observing this problematic is born the idea of Protect Risk, an application that goes recompile the information of the portafolio of the insurers with profits, coverages and prices; this with the end that the user start to the app and filter by the type of sure that needs and can compare on line the offer of each one of the insurers and choose the best option of agreement his needs and estimate. This application show for the people to facilitate them to the Colombian the information to purchase a sure, since at present if it wishes buy a sure the insured has to head to each insurer for the purchase information and finally does not know the real offer of the market and buys a sure that does not go of agreement to the needs.
