Ampliación infraestructura vial Cali Jamundi entre río Lili y Carrera 127

Abstract

La Secretaria de Infraestructura de la alcaldía de Santiago de Cali, con el propósito de mejorar las condiciones de movilidad y de tráfico vehicular que se presenta actualmente en el sur de Cali, ha priorizado la intervención de la malla vial en la autopista Cali Jamundí mediante un proyecto de ampliación de infraestructura, este proyecto consiste en la construcción de un tercer carril en cada uno de los dos sentidos de la vía y se desarrollará desde el puente entre río Lili hasta la carrera 127. Las obras a ejecutar se encuentran localizadas en la zona sur de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali, en la vía de Cali a Jamundí, entre el puente del río Lili y la Carrera 127. Los predios a intervenir serán entregados por parte de la Secretaria de Infraestructura del municipio. Entre los beneficios que traerá este proyecto se encuentra el mayor flujo de movilidad vehicular, mejoramiento de la vía existente, rendimiento de tiempo durante los desplazamientos entre los municipios Cali y Jamundí, disminución de congestión vehicular, aumento y mejoramiento de la señalización existente para prevenir la accidentalidad que hoy en día se presenta y a su vez se potencializará el desarrollo urbano de las áreas disponibles contiguas a la vía.

The Infrastructure Secretariat of the Mayor's Office of Santiago de Cali, with the purpose of improving the conditions of mobility and vehicular traffic that is currently present in the south of Cali, has prioritized the intervention of the road network on the Cali-Jamundí highway through a project of infrastructure expansion, this project consists of the construction of a third lane in each of the two directions of the road and will be developed from the bridge between Lili River to Carrera 127. The works to be executed are located in the southern area from the city of Santiago de Cali, on the Cali to Jamundí highway, between the bridge of the Lili River and Carrera 127. The properties to be intervened will be delivered by the Municipality's Infrastructure Secretary. Among the benefits that this project will bring is the greater flow of vehicular mobility, improvement of the existing road, time yield during the displacements between the Cali and Jamundí municipalities, reduction of vehicular congestion, increase and improvement of the existing signaling to prevent so many accidents that nowadays is presented and at the same time the urban development of the available areas contiguous to the road will be potentiated.
