Parque ecológico para la formación náutica, Guatavita Colombia, 2019

Abstract

El producto de la investigación es un Parque Ecológico: de ámbito arquitectónico, con enfoque turístico y de formación. Debido a la función y el programa arquitectónico contiene actividades educativas y comerciales turísticas, con énfasis de arquitectura con el paisaje por que el contexto es de un 80 % de conservación y protección el cual se encuentra dentro del marco de los servicios ambientales. El análisis de la problemática que ha generado tras la formación del embalse de Tomine en el municipio de Guatavita, en donde quizá, ¿un diseño de parque ecológico concebido como idea de los limites tópicos y antrópicos en un contexto de valor ecoturístico contribuyen para dilucidar la fragmentación ecológica? La fragmentación del valle genero una desvinculación espacial y territorial con el sector, sin tener en cuenta algunos factores determinantes para población. Para ello, en la primera parte de este documento se identificarán los criterios de diseño y materialidad usadas en el municipio, en efecto, se analizan factores ambientales y bioclimáticos para la orientación de la propuesta, y se explicara la interacción de las estrategias ambientales y sostenibles en el proyecto. En la segunda parte se presentará la propuesta urbanística, arquitectónica y paisajística del complejo eco-turístico de actividades náuticas realizado, describiendo sus características, conceptos y estrategias empleadas en el diseño para finalmente formular las conclusiones del ejercicio.

The product of the research is an Ecological Park: of architectural scope, with tourism and training focus. Due to the function and the architectural program it contains tourist educational and commercial activities, with architectural emphasis on the landscape. because the context is 80% conservation and protection which is within the framework of environmental services. The analysis of the problem that has generated after the formation of the Tomine reservoir in the municipality of Guatita, where perhaps, an ecological park design conceived as an idea of the topical and anthropic limits in a context of ecotourism value contribute to elucidate the ecological fragmentation? The fragmentation of the valley generated a spatial and territorial disconnection with the sector, without taking into account some determinant factors for the population. For this purpose, in the first part of this document the design and materiality criteria used in the municipality will be identified, in effect, environmental and bioclimatic factors are analyzed for the orientation of the proposal in the project. In the second part the urban, architectural and landscape proposal of the eco-tourism complex of nautical activities will be presented, describing its characteristics, concepts and strategies used in the design to finally formulate the conclusions of the exercise.
