Colegio agrícola Cajica : la relación entre arquitectura, educación y sociedad

Abstract

Para enmarcarnos con el proyecto urbano educativo en el municipio de Cajicá; este se desarrollará en un suelo de expansión urbana que cuenta con un área total de 6 hectáreas (60.000 m2), el lote cuenta con un alto valor de estructura ecológica, cuenta con dos variedades de árboles existentes el pino y el arrayan, los cuales se ubican en determinado lugar, creando líneas tensoras que hacen parte de los ejes y el valor principal del proceso de diseño del proyecto. Para el proyecto se propone aprovechar mediante los factores de necesidad del municipio, crear un colegio que tiene como principio ser un edificio escolar pero que se desarrolla como un conjunto de proyecto urbano, el cual tendrá tanto edificaciones educativas como culturales, técnicas y recreativas; por esta razón se determina el concepto agrícola como la mejor opción para el colegio, donde se desarrolle un espacio público urbano que favorezca a la comunidad, que sea totalmente permeable y público en primer piso y a este se desarrollen edificios académicos, culturales y técnicos. Para esto se plantea llegar a un desarrollo urbano y arquitectónico adaptado al lugar, donde se tenga en cuenta su contexto inmediato y se logre entender que el proyecto urbano educativo, está respondiendo a las necesidades y al valor territorial del municipio

To place us with in the educational urban project, located in the municipality of Cajica; This is developed in a land of urban expansion that has a total area of 6 hectares (60,000 m2). For the project it is proposed to take advantage of the need factors of the municipality, to create a school that has a fairly large extension, (exactly 60,000m2) within a land of urban expansion and a project that has as its principle to be a school building but that develops as a set of urban project, which will have both educational and cultural, technical and recreational buildings; for this reason, the open concept is determined as the best option for the school, where an urban public space that favors the community is developed, which is totally permeable and public on the first floor, and where academic, cultural and technical buildings with relationships are developed. For this, it is proposed to reach an urban and architectural development adapted to the place, where its immediate context is taken into account and it is possible to understand that the urban educational project is responding to the needs and territorial value of the municipality.
