Mitigación del impacto reasentamientos producto de megaproyectos : caso de estudio metrocable picacho Medellín

Abstract

En la presente investigación se analiza el impacto de los reasentamientos por megaproyectos de movilidad en el caso de estudio “Medellín, Comuna 6: Metro Cable línea P el Picacho”. Para ello, se realizó un análisis desde lo social, lo urbano arquitectónico, en contextos autoconstruidos en el que, por medio del análisis del lugar, mapeo social, encuestas, entrevistas y la matriz evaluativa, se determinó si se genera un deterioro o un mejoramiento en las condiciones de habitabilidad de las personas que se ven impactadas por estos proyectos de infraestructura. También se realizó una revisión bibliográfica teniendo como principales referentes a los autores John F Turner, con la autoconstrucción en los años 70 y David Gouverneur y su obra el diseño de Nuevos Asentamientos Informales, la revisión conceptual se basó en los megaproyectos, los reasentamientos, la autoconstrucción, el desplazamiento forzado, y antecedentes de proyectos que han generado reasentamientos por obra pública nivel mundial como en Rio de Janeiro por la construcción y adecuación de sectores para los juegos olímpicos 2016 y en Valparaíso Chile, en donde se construyó una línea de metro y en el contexto Medellín y su Área Metropolitana ejemplos como el Puente de la Madre Laura, La construcción del Tranvía de Ayacucho, la construcción del túnel de Occidente y el parque Bicentenario. Finalmente, en este trabajo se presentan los principales resultados de la investigación y se proponen estrategias y recomendaciones que permitan la mitigación del impacto de estas mega obras.

In the present investigation the impact of the resettlements by mobility megaprojects is analyzed in the case of the study "Medellin, Comuna 6: Metro Cable line P Picacho".
