Sistema de seguimiento vehicular para rutas de transporte escolar “safe wheels”

Abstract

El proyecto busca la mejora de la operación del transporte escolar, a través de infraestructura tecnológica e informática, optimizando la calidad en los servicios suministrados a los estudiantes, padres de familias y colegio, así mismo disminuir el impacto negativo al medio ambiente y reducir el costo; por medio de la comercialización eficiente del servicio de monitoreo y control de rutas de transporte escolar que supla los requerimientos expuestos en el decreto 348 de 2015, adicionando funcionalidades que harán amigable la administración de los vehículos por parte de las empresas prestadoras del servicio. Para lo cual es necesario construir un caso de negocio compuesto; por la creación de empresa, la realización de un estudio de mercado que permitirá definir el portafolio de servicios y las estrategias necesarias para la venta del mismo. Por otra parte, se prestará un servicio personalizado el cual permitirá realizar un levantamiento de requerimientos y un diseño con el fin determinar los equipos y herramientas necesarias para la instalación del servicio, posteriormente proceder a la implementación y montaje de los dispositivos en el vehículo para luego capacitar a los interesados. Finalmente, realizar pruebas que asegurarán la calidad y así mismo un servicio de soporte y monitoreo continuo.
