Regulación en Colombia de los delitos informáticos

Abstract

El artículo describe la evolución y el marco conceptual de los delitos informáticos y su regulación en Colombia, sin embargo esta regulación no ha tenido el mismo avance de los delitos informáticos, con la creación de la ley 1273 del 2009, Colombia dio un gran paso en normatividad para combatir este flagelo, que ha venido vulnerando distintos campos, como son el aumento de las transacciones y el comercio electrónico entre otros, pero los sistemas de información que han permitido mejorar los procesos al interior de las organizaciones, son los que al mismo tiempo han generado una serie de comportamientos ilícitos que con llevan a que sean vulnerados, he aquí la importancia de tener regulaciones establecidas que controlen cada una de las acciones delincuenciales. Por esta razón se escogió este tema a investigar para el artículo que hace referencia a la regulación de estos delitos informáticos en nuestro país.

The article describes the evolution and the conceptual framework of computer crimes and their regulation in Colombia, however this regulation has not had the same advance of computer crimes, with the creation of law 1273 of 2009, Colombia gave a great step in regulations to combat this scourge, which has been violating different fields, such as the increase in transactions and electronic commerce among others, but the information systems that have allowed improving processes within organizations, are those that At the same time they have generated a series of unlawful behaviors that lead to their being violated, this is the importance of having established regulations that control each of the criminal actions. For this reason, this topic was chosen to be investigated for the article that refers to the regulation of these computer crimes in our country.
