La participación social en la resolución de conflictos y toma de decisiones

Abstract

Esta investigación nace como resultado de un acercamiento que se realizó a la población de los estudiantes del colegio Cortijo Vianey en la localidad de Usme en Bogotá, con la intencionalidad de trabajar con los docentes y estudiantes teniendo como base las relaciones que se establecen entre ellos con el único fin de analizar la problemática desde una perspectiva de participación juvenil de los estudiantes, el objetivo principal es comprender la participación que los estudiantes miembros del consejo estudiantil tienen en la resolución de conflictos y toma de decisiones. Es una investigación de tipo Cualitativo descriptivo, que trata de identificar la naturaleza profunda de las realidades y su estructura dinámica que es aquella que da razón plena del comportamiento y manifestaciones. Para llevar a cabo la investigación se trabajo con 8 estudiantes miembros del consejo de estudiantil quienes por medio de la estrategia metodológica que se basó en una entrevista semi estructurada a profundidad se plantearon las preguntas abiertas que convocaron a la narrativa por parte de los alumnos para que aportaran información de lo que pasa al interior de la institución con la participación de los estudiantes, donde los resultados reflejaron que los estudiantes son una fuente de información para manifestar lo que pasa al interior de las aulas ya que quien finalmente toma las decisiones y resuelven los conflictos son los docentes y directivos de la institución, lo cual permite concluir que la participación de los estudiantes es muy limitada ya que los estudiantes deben ser motivados para llevar un proceso más activo en cuanto a los procesos de mejora para la institución y la toma de decisiones se refiere.

To carry out research work with 8 students student council members who, through the strategy that was based on an indepth semi-structured interview open questions were raised that convened the narrative by students to provide information of what happens within the institution with the participation of students, where the results showed that students are a source of information to show what happens inside the classroom as he finally makes the decisions and solve conflicts are the teachers and directors of the institution, which leads to the conclusion that the participation of students is very limited and students should be encouraged to take a more active process in terms of improved processes for the institution and making decisions are concerned, this is a basis for new strategies and research to provide new methodologies and addressing the student's work by an actor in the institution more representative and less liability because it creates a space for new inputs, new perspectives and ways of addressing the reality of the institution, all mediated by the needs of student and academic community.
