Diagnóstico ambiental de empresas sociales del estado -ESE- niveles I II y III del distrito capital

Abstract

El objetivo de este documento es establecer el estado de cumplimiento normativo y por ende el impacto ambiental actual generado por las Empresas Sociales del Estado -ESE- Niveles I, II y III del Distrito Capital, a través de la información recolectada mediante el formato de actualización de datos que diligenciaron las 22 ESE(s). Los resultados obtenidos por las mismas fueron procesados y complementados con visitas aleatorias. Este documento permite valorar cualitativa y cuantitativamente el estado de las empresas en cuanto a cumplimiento ambiental y los impactos generados, así mismo determinar los recursos más afectados en el desarrollo de las actividades propias de la prestación de servicios. Los resultados arrojaron que, de acuerdo a la complejidad de cada punto de atención, aumenta el impacto ambiental y ninguna empresa ha llegado al cumplimiento de la normatividad aplicable al sector.

The main objective of this document is to establish the current situation and the fulfilling of the existing law, as well as the environmental impact produced by the Empresas Sociales del Estado (ESE) Levels I, II and III in the Distrito Capital, all this through collected information following the updating forms filled out by the 22 ESEs. The given outcomes were treated and completed by random samples. This document permits to rate the quality control as well as the quantity of the ESE concerning to the environmental law and the produced impacts. This paper also attempts to determine which resources are the most affected in the development of the activities which are part of the fulfilling of services. The results showed up that according to the complexity of each section of the net of ESEs, the importance of environmental impact increases, and until now any company has fulfilled the existing law according to this field.
