Construcción de identidades en el contexto del trabajo informal

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación es el resultado de un estudio realizado acerca de cómo se construyen las identidades laborales de aquellas personas que pertenecen al contexto de la informalidad, en un entorno laboral tan cambiante, caracterizado por incertidumbre absoluta y por condiciones labores llenas de precariedades y que además según estadísticas del DANE representan el 58.8 % de la población colombiana. El análisis realizado permite develar cómo el ser trabajador informal implica la incorporación de nuevas formas de hacer las cosas y nuevos discursos en torno a la familia, el contexto laboral, las características de los trabajadores informales y el significado del trabajo.

This article is the result of a realized study about how there are constructed the labour identities of those persons who belong to the context of the informality, in such a changeable job environment characterized by absolute uncertainty and by labours conditions full of precariousnesses and who in addition according to statistics of the Dane represent 58.8 % of the Colombian population. The realized analysis allows to demonstrate how being an informal worker implies the incorporation of new ways of doing the things and new speeches around the family, the labour context, the characteristics of the informal workers and the meaning of the work labour
