Valoración de la Compañía Mindugar S.P.A. Mediante el método de flujos de caja descontados

Abstract

Las empresas industriales deben enfrentar nuevos retos para soportar las presiones cambiantes del mercado, es por esto, que Mindugar quien pertenece al sector de la fabricación de racks para bodegas, tiene como objetivo su actualización y mejor continua, esto a través del impulso a la línea de venta de servicios de logística y nuevos productos propios de la innovación, así como la venta de racks y la garantía de su mantenimiento. Para realizar la valoración de MINDUGAR a través del método de flujos descontados, se deberá proyectar los Estados Financieros, basados en los históricos de 2017; además del diagnóstico financiero de la misma, evaluando sus posibles cambios y mejoras a llevar a cabo, así como la revisión de estrategias corporativas y de Gobierno Corporativo. Para las proyecciones indicadas en este modelo se tomarán los datos históricos obtenidos y la inflación y crecimiento de Chile proyectada para los siguientes 5 años.
