Inclusión laboral de la población migrante venezolana laboralmente activa en Bogotá

Abstract

La migración masiva del pueblo venezolano a Colombia en busca de mejores oportunidades de trabajo y mejor calidad de vida permite analizar el contexto de inclusión laboral de población migrante venezolana. Esta investigación se desarrolló de manera cuantitativa con un alcance descriptivo exploratorio, donde el objetivo era analizar ¿cuáles son las características de la población migrante venezolana que llevan a la inserción laboral en la ciudad de Bogotá? Obteniendo que los migrantes presentan dificultades en el momento de obtener un trabajo formal en Colombia. La necesidad una mejor calidad de vida para sus familias es la razón principal para migrar, aceptando trabajos informales para ingresos diarios, sintiendo que no tienen las mismas oportunidades de trabajo en comparación con los nativos.

The massive migration of the Venezuelan people to Colombia in search of better job opportunities and better quality of life, allows us to analyze the labor inclusion context of the Venezuelan migrant population. This research was developed in a quantitative way with an exploratory descriptive scope, where the objective was to analyze what are the characteristics of the Venezuelan migrant population that lead to the labor insertion in the city of Bogotá? Obtaining that the migrants present difficulties at the moment of obtaining a formal job in Colombia. The need for a better quality of life for their families is the main reason to migrate, accepting informal jobs for daily income, feeling that they do not have the same job opportunities compared to the natives.
