Proyecto urbano arquitectónico Ciudad Piloto : investigación proyectual con énfasis investigativo en dinámicas sociales, lugar y territorio

Abstract

Bogotá es una ciudad que tiene la capacidad de ofrecer servicios de carácter residencial, educativo y comercial; modificando así las dinámicas poblacionales que se presentan en la capital del país. Dentro de estos servicios, la ciudad cuenta con una amplia selección de instituciones de educación superior, que caracterizan centros y sectores urbanos articulando la ciudad y los municipios en la periferia, así, se identifica el eje de la calle 45 como un segmento cuya vocación es detonante para la conexión de la ciudad, en razón de la importancia de la misma como parte de la red de infraestructura de movilidad y de los puntos aglutinantes de tensión configurados por centros de educación superior de los que parte la caracterización del sector. A raíz de esto se propone la proyección de vivienda universitaria como solución a una necesidad evidente del lugar, dada la concentración de centros de educación superior, así, la vivienda articulada al eje de la calle 45 se presenta como una solución apropiada para la demanda estudiantil. Para el diseño de la propuesta arquitectónica se genera una gran plazoleta de acceso que tiene relación directa con el corredor urbano de la calle 45. El diseño del proyecto está conformado por una gran torre, compuesta por servicios básicos y complementarios para la vivienda. Sin embargo se identifica que un importante porcentaje de población universitaria que viene de otras partes del país, vive en residencias universitarias configuradas por casas acondicionadas para prestar servicios de alojamiento, pero que no están en condiciones de ofertar los servicios necesarios para generar confort y sobre todo para posibilitar la construcción del tejido social y de generación de ambientes académicos. Además las relaciones transversales que presenta el trazado de la vía conectan el sector con el resto de la ciudad, haciendo clara la necesidad de fortalecer la vocación y carácter de centro que tiene el eje, así se plantea la re configuración del perfil, entorno al incremento del espacio público, configurado por la proyección de equipamientos de escala local y metropolitana que complementen el planteamiento propuesto de vivienda universitaria. El paisaje urbano propone resaltar la vocación que se presenta la zona, incrementando la movilidad peatonal con la construcción de nuevos espacios públicos y así mismo incentivando la utilización de la bicicleta como medio de transporte.

Bogotá is a city that has the capacity to offer residential, educational and commercial services; thus modifying the population dynamics that occur in the country's capital. Within these services, the city has a wide selection of higher education institutions, which characterize urban centers and sectors articulating the city and the municipalities in the periphery, thus, the axis of 45th Street is identified as a segment whose vocation is trigger for the connection of the city, due to the importance of it as part of the mobility infrastructure network and the points of tension formed by higher education centers from which the characterization of the sector. As a result of this the projection of university housing is proposed as a solution to an obvious need of the place, given the concentration of higher education centers, thus, the housing articulated to the axis of 45th Street is presented as an appropriate solution for student demand . For the design of the architectural proposal, a large access plaza is created that is directly related to the urban corridor on 45th Street. The design of the project consists of a large tower, composed of basic and complementary services for housing. However, it is identified that a significant percentage of the university population that comes from other parts of the country, lives in university residences configured by houses conditioned to provide accommodation services, but that are not able to offer the necessary services to generate comfort and above all to enable the construction of the social fabric and generation of academic environments. In addition, the cross-sectional relationships that the route presents connect the sector with the rest of the city, making clear the need to strengthen the vocation and character of the center that has the axis, thus the reconfiguration of the profile, around the increase of the public space, configured by the projection of local and metropolitan scale equipment that complements the proposed approach to university housing. The urban landscape proposes highlighting the vocation of the area, increasing pedestrian mobility with the construction of new public spaces and also encouraging the use of bicycles as a means of transport.
