Planificación de un sistema productivo-educativo de un cultivo de aguacate hass

Abstract

El trabajo presenta un plan para la implementación de un sistema productivo y educativo de un cultivo aguacate Hass ubicado en Anzoátegui, Tolima. Para el desarrollo del plan de negocio se comienza analizando los diferentes factores del ambiente competitivo con el fin de hallar los factores críticos de éxito del negocio y establecer el modelo de negocio y las estrategias en cuanto al mercado. Con base en 3 años y medio de operación, se realizarán análisis técnicos para establecer diferentes variables del cultivo, y entender si es viable o no. Estos análisis y resultados permiten encontrar una correcta metodología para gerenciar un proyecto y finalmente diseñar un plan de implementación para cualquier proyecto, que permita identificar, planificar, gestionar y monitorear un proyecto.

The work presents a plan for the implementation of a productive and educational system of a Hass avocado crop located in Anzoátegui, Tolima. For the development of the business plan, we start by analyzing the different factors of the competitive environment in order to find the critical success factors of the business and establish the business model and strategies in terms of the market. Based on 3 and a half years of operation, technical analyzes will be carried out to establish different crop variables and understand if it is viable or not. These analyzes and results allow to find a correct methodology to manage a project and finally design and implementation plan for any project that allows to identify, plan, manage and monitor a project.
