Vivienda productiva enfocada a las dinámicas turisticas en Villavicencio

Abstract

El proyecto arquitectónico de vivienda hospedaje (apartamentos dúplex) se ejecutará en la Comuna 8 de la ciudad de Villavicencio - Meta. Plantea tres pilares de beneficio: una alternativa de solución habitacional para la población con escasos recursos económicos, el fortalecimiento del sector turístico con la implementación conceptos culturales que con el tiempo ha sido atractivos para el turista y la incorporación de los propietarios de las soluciones de vivienda a una actividad económica que les dará utilidad por la prestación de un servicio. En lo urbano se plantea la implantación a modo de claustro con abstracciones del corral llanero, el cual contará con el área comercial en primer piso con servicios complementarios necesarios para la oferta turística que se desarrolla en los superiores. Para la vivienda, el diseño está planteado en altura, para que el proyecto tenga la mayor cantidad de espacio público, siendo conceptualizados a partir del arpa, logrando que el diseño responda al lugar formal y funcional en términos arquitectónicos.

It proposes three pillars of benefit: an alternative housing solution for the population with scarce economic resources, strengthening the tourism sector with the implementation of cultural concepts that over time has been attractive to the tourist and the incorporation of owners of housing solutions to an economic activity that will render them useful for the provision of a service. In the urban area, it is proposed the implementation as a cloister with abstractions of the “corral llanero”, which will have the commercial area in the first floor with complementary services necessary for the tourist offer that is developed in the upper. For housing, the design is raised in height, so that the project has the largest amount of public space, being conceptualized from the harp, making the design respond to the formal and functional place in architectural terms.
