This research project aims to document and analyze step by step the export process of Colombian green coffee from its origin in Neiva to its final destination in Russia, with a primary focus on customs logistics operations. Rather than being a purely theoretical proposal, it provides a comprehensive operational guide illustrating how a Colombian company specifically, SINEG SAS. can structure and execute an international export from scratch. The study identifies all the legal, technical, and logistical requirements necessary for the export process, including the issuance of phytosanitary certifications, the certificate of origin, export declaration, DIAN transit guide, bill of lading, commercial invoice, and other essential documents. The thesis also details the linkage and coordination with key actors such as customs agencies, shipping lines, logistics operators, and ports, outlining the administrative procedures required to comply with national and international trade regulations. The selection of the appropriate Incoterm, multimodal transport planning (land and maritime), and compliance with Russian import standards for agricultural products are also thoroughly addressed. Although internationalization theories like Uppsala, Porter, and Dunning are referenced as a conceptual framework, the main emphasis of this work is on the practical execution of a real customs logistics operation. This thesis serves as a valuable tool for emerging exporters seeking to understand and correctly implement the end-to-end processes that govern foreign trade from Colombia.en
