Marco General de las Instituciones que Apoyan el Ecosistema Emprendedor de la Localidad Chapinero Centro Marly en Colombia

Abstract

En la localidad de Chapinero Centro Marly (UPZ 99), el sector de restaurantes corrientes con menú variable (RCMV) representa una parte del ecosistema emprendedor, según Herrera (2022, pág. 28, párrafo. 1) el cual es creciente no solo en dicha localidad, sino también en Colombia, Sin embargo, se encuentran desafíos tales como competencia, elevados costos de insumos, la informalidad, falta de acceso a financiación, escasez de apoyo en capacitación o mentoría, trámites administrativos, desinterés por adquirir ayudas, entre otros, estos intervienen en el desarrollo y éxito de los emprendimientos, lo cual se ve reflejado en la baja capacidad de innovar y competitividad en el mercado. Por ello, se debe comprender qué instituciones están involucradas con el apoyo y fortalecimiento del ecosistema emprendedor en esta localidad, identificando las fortalezas que permitirían desarrollar mejoras y optimizar el funcionamiento de los emprendimientos, para que finalmente se impulse el crecimiento y la sostenibilidad mediante ellos en el país.

In the town of Chapinero Centro Marly (UPZ 99), the sector of regular restaurants with variable menus (RCMV) represents a part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, according to Herrera (2022, pag.28, paragraph.1), which is growing not only in said town, but also in Colombia. However, there are challenges such as competition, high input costs, informality, lack of access to financing, lack of support in training or mentoring, administrative procedures, lack of interest in acquiring aid, among others, these intervene in the development and success of ventures, which is reflected in the low capacity to innovate and competitiveness in the market. Therefore, it is necessary to understand which institutions are involved with the support and strengthening of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in this location, identifying the strengths that would allow improvements to be developed and optimize the operation of the ventures, so that growth and sustainability are finally promoted through them in the country.
