Viabilidad de Software para Optimización en el Control de Tiempos de Maquinaria Pesada

Abstract

Por medio de este trabajo se mostrarán los principales criterios que se han tenido en cuenta para proponer la optimización en el control de los tiempos efectivos para maquinaria pesada, esto con base en la problemática generada entre el dueño de cada maquina y el cliente. Trayendo a contexto, el control que se maneja actualmente se puede decir que no es el más confiable o transparente viéndolo desde el punto de vista del cliente, el cual va enfocado al tiempo efectivo o trabajado realmente por cada máquina, en este caso es donde se evidencia uno de los principales problemas al momento de negociar las respectivas tarifas, ya que lamentablemente el operador de estas máquinas no siempre demuestra honestidad, y por querer favorecer a los dueños dándoles un incremento a las horas trabajadas, se deja encendido el motor cobrando así mismo tiempos muertos (no efectivos). Con base en lo anterior se genera la incertidumbre con respecto a si ¿Las horas que cobra el proveedor con base en el horómetro serán las que en realidad trabajó el equipo en cada jornada?, en este caso específico el propietario se basa en datos generados por un dispositivo interno instalado desde fabrica, sin darle opción al que analiza los resultados de dudar sobre este control, algo que este dispositivo no analiza es la actividad que se realiza realmente y que efectividad generó el equipo en la obra.

Through this work, the main criteria that have been taken into account to propose optimization in the control of effective times in heavy machinery will be shown, based on the problems generated between the owner of each machine and the client. Bringing into context the control that is currently managed, it can be said that it is not the most reliable or transparent seeing it from the client's point of view, which is focused on the effective time or time actually worked by each machine, in this case it is where it is evident. one of the main problems when negotiating the respective rates, since unfortunately the operator of these machines does not always show honesty, and because he wants to favor the owners by giving them an increase in the hours worked, he leaves the engine running, also charging for downtime (not effective). Based on the above, uncertainty is generated regarding whether the hours that the supplier charges based on the hour meter will be those that the team actually worked each day? In this specific case, the owner relies on data generated by an internal device installed from the factory, without giving the person analyzing the results the option of doubting this control. Something that this device does not analyze is the activity that is actually carried out and its effectiveness. I really generate the team in the activity.
