Estrategia para configurar el paisaje hotel rural en Apiay - Meta

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado es el desarrollo de un hotel rural, debido a la falta de estrategias puede dificultar el desarrollo del turismo en la región. Es importante contribuir a la solución de este problema, ya que la expansión urbana de las ciudades y sus constantes transformaciones han puesto en riesgo promover el turismo responsable. Apiay se considera un destino con gran potencial debido a su ubicación estratégica, sus atractivos naturales y su riqueza histórica. Con un enfoque adecuado en la promoción, el desarrollo de infraestructura y sostenibilidad, Apiay tiene la oportunidad de posicionarse como destino turístico atractivo en la región del Meta. En la actualidad, carece de ideas innovadoras para fortalecer la región con turismo responsable. Ecoturismo. (2021). Ver Figura 1. Por tanto, el objetivo de este trabajo fue diseñar un hotel rural que fusionaran los principios de sostenibilidad y respeto por el entorno natural y social en Apiay, A través de la ejecución de enfoques predefinidos y reconocidos en proyectos ejemplares, como se aprecia en la figura 2 Este trabajo de grado es una propuesta para la creación de un hotel rural, debido a la falta de estrategias puede complicar el desarrollo turístico en la región. Es importante contribuir a la solución de esta problemática, ya que la demanda hotelera y sus constantes transformaciones han puesto en riesgo la promoción del turismo responsable. Apiay se considera un destino con gran potencial debido a su ubicación estratégica, sus atractivos naturales y su riqueza cultural e histórica.

This undergraduate thesis is a proposal for an eco-hotel, due to the lack of sustainable architectural spaces that contribute to the infrastructure, which can hinder the development of tourism in the region. It is important to contribute to the solution of this problem, as urban expansion of cities and their constant transformations have put responsible tourism promotion at risk. Apiay is considered a destination with great potential due to its strategic location, natural attractions, and cultural and historical richness. With an appropriate focus on promotion, infrastructure development, and sustainability, Apiay has the opportunity to position itself as an attractive tourist destination in the Meta region. Currently, it lacks innovative ideas to strengthen the region with responsible tourism. Therefore, the objective of this work was to design an eco-hotel that would merge the principles of sustainability and respect for the natural and social environment in Apiay, through the implementation of predefined and recognized approaches in exemplary projects. In this way, it is hypothesized that by using formal techniques based on the concept of integration as a tool for architectural space composition, the different parts can be harmoniously integrated and an environment that evokes sustainable and responsible tourism can be designed.
