La articulación entre la arquitectura y la naturaleza. Hotel rural con compromisos ecológicos en Moñitos - Córdoba

Abstract

Este proyecto de grado se centra en la articulación de la arquitectura sostenible y ecológica en un contexto de preservación de la naturaleza y sus ecosistemas. Es crucial abordar este tema debido a la desconexión existente entre la arquitectura y el medio ambiente, una situación que ha puesto en riesgo los ecosistemas del municipio de Moñitos. Moñitos es un destino turístico que alberga una amplia biodiversidad y diversos ecosistemas, desde bosques tropicales y manglares hasta playas. Sin embargo, este municipio carece actualmente de propuestas arquitectónicas sostenibles que integren la arquitectura con el entorno y el visitante, y que no generen un impacto negativo en los ecosistemas circundantes. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este proyecto es diseñar un hotel rural comprometido con prácticas ecológicas y sostenibles, con un enfoque en la preservación de los ecosistemas. La hipótesis de diseño de este proyecto se basa en técnicas y aplicaciones de estrategias sostenibles que sirven para integrar y cuidar el entorno en busca del objetivo mencionado objetivo.

This undergraduate project focuses on the integration of sustainable and ecological architecture in the context of nature preservation and its ecosystems. It is crucial to address this issue due to the existing disconnect between architecture and the environment, a situation that has jeopardized the ecosystems of the municipality of Moñitos. Moñitos is a tourist destination that houses extensive biodiversity and diverse ecosystems, ranging from tropical forests and mangroves to beaches. However, this municipality currently lacks sustainable architectural proposals that seamlessly integrate architecture with the environment and visitors, avoiding negative impacts on the surrounding ecosystems. Therefore, the objective of this project is to design a rural hotel committed to ecological and sustainable practices, with a focus on ecosystem preservation. The design hypothesis of this project is based on techniques and applications of sustainable strategies that serve to integrate and care for the environment in pursuit of the mentioned objective.
