Construcción de la ampliación y reforzamiento estructural de la estación de bomberos de Marichuela

Abstract

La construcción de la ampliación y reforzamiento estructural de la estación de bomberos de Marichuela, nace de la necesidad de la responsabilidad civil de contar con edificaciones que cumplan con la normativa requerida (NSR-10), para brindar un servicio eficaz y de calidad a la comunidad ubicada en la localidad de Usme de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C, en el evento de enfrentarse a un fenómeno natural como lo son los sismos. En este sentido y posterior a estudios realizados por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Cuerpo Oficial de Bomberos (UAECOB), bajo convenio con La Red Alma Mater en el año 2009, la cual fue encargada de realizar la gerencia de los estudios y diseños de las estaciones, en conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Plan Maestro de Equipamiento Seguridad, Defensa y Justicia; se estableció como proyecto la construcción y adecuación de Plantas físicas para el cuerpo oficial de bomberos, como un factor esencial para la consolidación de la Red de estaciones, que permitiera disminuir los tiempos de respuesta en la prestación del servicio misional bomberil. Siendo así, y en vista de la importancia de este tipo de edificación para la sociedad y más que hace referencia a la construcción de una nueva sede de atención de servicio de Bomberos; proyecto a fin a la profesión de los creadores de este documento; se toma como base con la finalidad de aplicar y desarrollar las buenas prácticas del PMBok sexta edición, contemplando diferentes áreas en un proyecto como lo es, la calidad, el manejo de personal, los interesados, el riesgo, el control de cronograma y el área financiera. Finalmente, se busca con el desarrollo del siguiente proyecto, identificar la importancia de la gerencia en la ejecución de las actividades necesarias para dar cumplimiento a la necesidad de una Entidad pública; conociendo todos los impactos positivos y negativos que se puedan presentar, como manejar situaciones que se generen durante el desarrollo de la construcción, las habilidades, buenas prácticas y toma de decisiones beneficiosas para la entrega oportuna y bajo los estándares que espera el cliente final.

In this sense and after studies carried out by the Special Admin istrative Unit of the Official Fire Department (UAECOB), under an agreement with La Red Alma Mater in 2009, which was in charge of carrying out the management of the studies and designs of the stations, in accordance with the provisions of the Security, Defense and Justice Equipment Master Plan; The construction and adaptation of physical Plants for the official fire brigade was established as a project, as an essential factor for the consolidation of the Network of stations, which would reduce response times in the provision of the fire brigade missionary service. Being so, and in view of the importance of this type of building for society and more than refers to the construction of a new headquarters for the attention of the Fire Service; project for the profession of the creators of this document; It is taken as a basis in order to apply and develop the good practices of the PMBok sixth edition, contemplating different areas in a project such as quality, personnel management, stakeholders, risk, schedule control and the area financial. Finally, it is sought with the development of the following project, to identify the importance of management in the execution of the necessary activities to comply with the need of a public Entity; Knowing all the positive and negative impacts that may arise, how to handle situations that arise during construction development, skills, good practices and beneficial decision-making for timely delivery and under the standards expected by the end customer.
