Abstract

En la presente investigación realizaremos el estudio de todos los aspectos que conlleva diseñar y construir un objeto arquitectónico implantado en un lugar con fuerte valor patrimonial, analizaremos cuales son las estrategias para preservar y potenciar los valores culturales de un territorio sin ser impositivos al mismo, para realizar esto de manera adecuada deberemos adentrarnos en las creencias y costumbres que son usadas por las comunidades donde realizaremos los análisis, para de esta manera comprender cual es su cultura y cuáles serán las estrategias que utilizaremos para preservarla en el tiempo, una vez realizado esto buscaremos estrategias de composición arquitectónica que potencien y exalten el patrimonio, realizando una labor conjunta con el grupo étnico seleccionado, para de esta manera lograr un trabajo adecuado, cumpliendo de esta manera todos los objetivos planteados para la investigación. Esto lo lograremos de manera adecuada con la implementación de un hotel bajo el concepto Wayuú ranchería, para que de esta manera los visitantes logren conocer y vivir mas a fondo el valor patrimonial del territorio.

In this research we will study all the aspects involved in designing and building an architectural object implanted in a place with strong heritage value, we will analyze what are the strategies to preserve and enhance the cultural values of a territory without being impositive to it, to do this properly we must go into the beliefs and customs that are used by the communities where we will perform the analysis, Once this is done, we will look for architectural composition strategies that enhance and exalt the heritage, working together with the selected ethnic group, in order to achieve an adequate work, thus fulfilling all the objectives set for the research. We will achieve this in an adequate way with the implementation of a hotel under the Wayuú ranchería concept, so that in this way visitors can get to know and experience the heritage value of the territory.
