Parque polivalente de Polonuevo Atlántico re-imaginando los activos cívicos como conectores sociales

Abstract

Para enmarcarnos con el proyecto urbano en el municipio de Polonuevo Atlántico este se desarrolla en la plaza principal de este, el lote cuenta con una iglesia estructura biológica existente creando líneas tensoras que hacen parte de los ejes y el valor principal del proceso de diseño del proyecto. Para el proyecto se propone mediante los factores de necesidad del municipio, crear un parque urbano que tiene como principio la recreación, la recuperación de áreas verdes, recuperar en general las dinámicas culturales y educar la población para generar reapropiación del lugar e identidad de este, para proyectar una mejor calidad de vida para los habitantes del municipio. Para esto se necesita un desarrollo urbano y arquitectónico adaptando el lugar, haciendo de la plaza central del municipio un espacio que se integre con su paisaje y contexto urbano, proporcionándole a los usuarios un buen desarrollo sociocultural.

For this, it is proposed to reach an urban and architectural development adapting the place, making the central square of the municipality a space that integrates with its landscape and urban context, providing users with a good sociocultural development.
