Modelo económico y financiero con enfoque sistémico urbanístico de drenaje sostenible en el barrio tao (Pacho Cundinamarca)

Abstract

Dentro de este documento se desarrollará el modelo económico y financiero para un sistema de drenaje sostenible con finalidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos que pertenecen al Municipio de Pacho - Cundinamarca ubicados en el barrio Tao, teniendo como base la tesis “PROPUESTA PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE SISTEMAS URBANOS DE DRENAJE SOSTENIBLE (SUDS), EN EL BARRIO TAO (PACHO – CUNDINAMARCA)” (Guarnizo, T. and Gonzalez, L. (2021)), así mismo se diseñara los planos arquitectónicos, estructurales, hidráulicos, eléctricos y paisajístico con el fin de estimar el presupuesto que se destinara para la realización de este proyecto, posterior a eso se realizará la viabilidad económica buscando como objetivo la realización del mismo, así mismo se desarrolla un estudio de mercado mostrando detalladamente lo necesario para la ejecución del proyecto, contara con un modelo CANVAS el cual cumplirá con la función de mostrar el proyecto de una manera más dinámica y visual, por consiguiente se realizara un matriz DOFA del sistema de drenaje sostenible como herramienta estratégica la cual permitirá vislumbra la situación en la que se encuentra conformado el proyecto analizando las características internas y externas que la componen en una matriz cuadrada.

This document will develop the economic and financial model for a sustainable drainage system in order to improve the quality of life of citizens belonging to the Municipality of Pacho Cundinamarca located in the Tao neighborhood, based on the thesis “PROPUESTA PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE SISTEMAS URBANOS DE DRENAJE SOSTENIBLE (SUDS), EN EL BARRIO TAO (PACHO – CUNDINAMARCA)” (Guarnizo, T. and Gonzalez, L. (2021)),, likewise the architectural, structural, hydraulic, electrical and landscaping plans will be designed with the purpose of estimating the budget that will be destined for the realization of this project, After that, the economic feasibility will be carried out looking for the realization of the project as an objective, likewise a market study will be developed showing in detail what is necessary for the execution of the project, it will have a CANVAS model which will fulfill the function of showing the project in a more dynamic and visual way, therefore a DOFA matrix of the sustainable drainage system will be carried out as a strategic tool which will allow a glimpse of the situation in which the project is conformed by analyzing the internal and external characteristics that compose it in a square matrix.
