Propuesta para fomentar la formalidad en pequeñas empresas privadas del municipio de Tabio, Cundinamarca acogiéndose al Régimen Simple de Tributación – RST

Abstract

Este trabajo cuyo objetivo principal es proponer la formalización de los pequeños comerciantes del municipio de Tabio, Cundinamarca acogiéndose a la normatividad del Régimen Simple de Tributación – RST; para lograr este objetivo, se realizó una invitación personal a los pequeños comerciantes para asistir a una capacitación dirigida por los estudiantes de este trabajo de grado, esta capacitación se llevó a cabo el 16 de abril del presente año en el salón comunal de la vereda Palo Verde Chicú de Tabio, a esta invitación asistieron cincuenta y cuatro (54) personas naturales y jurídicas, interesadas en conocer acerca del régimen simple de tributación como opción de formalización de sus negocios comerciales. Una vez terminada la capacitación de RST, se realizó una encuesta a los asistentes con el fin de conocer diferentes aspectos que dejaría esta actividad. En general, el resultado fue positivo, ya que se logró evidenciar que el 46,3% de los asistentes sí están interesados en formalizar su negocio acogiéndose al régimen simple de tributación, el 40,7% lo considera y el 13% restante, definitivamente dijo “No”, también, se evidenció con la encuesta que del 100% de los asistentes, el 79,6% prefieren emprender dicha formalización a inicios del año 2024, el 16,7% después de 3 meses de esta capacitación y el 3,7% restante en menos de 3 meses a esta capacitación. Este 3,7% está representado por dos (2) personas naturales, quienes se quieren constituir como personas jurídicas bajo el RST y eligieron a los estudiantes expositores para realizar este proceso. Una vez finalizada la actividad de capacitación y encuesta, se pudo evidenciar que el 87% de los asistentes, quienes corresponden a pequeños comerciantes de Tabio, Cundinamarca están interesados en formalizar sus negocios y en especial, reconocen la importancia de contribuir con sus impuestos a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales – DIAN y a la Secretaría de Hacienda de Tabio, ya que esto genera tranquilidad en la ejecución de sus actividades comerciales, les abre puertas de crecimiento y desarrollo y favorecen la construcción de un mejor país y, especialmente, de un mejor municipio. Por lo anterior, la recomendación es para: i) el comerciante, para que desde el primer momento que contempla la posibilidad de crear o expandir su negocio, lo haga formalizado!, actuando normativamente ante las entidades correspondientes y se comprometa fielmente a cumplir sus responsabilidades en materia tributaria, ya que su contribución es muy importante para la sociedad en general, y ii) la administración presente y futura del municipio de Tabio, pues, quedó claro con el 81.5% de los asistentes, que sí les gustaría participar en más eventos que les eduque, les actualice y les permita elegir las mejores alternativas para volver más competitivo sus negocios y a la vez contribuir con la mejora de la sociedad en general.

This work, whose main objective is to propose the formalization of small merchants in the municipality of Tabio, Cundinamarca, taking advantage of the regulations of the Simple Taxation Regime - RST; To achieve this objective, a personal invitation was made to the small merchants to attend a training led by the students of this degree project. This training took place on April 16 of this year in the community hall of the Palo village. Verde Chicú de Tabio, this invitation was attended by fifty-four (54) natural and legal persons, interested in learning about the simple tax regime as an option to formalize their commercial businesses. Once the RST training was finished, a survey was carried out on the attendees in order to know different aspects that this activity would leave. In general, the result was positive, since it was possible to show that 46.3% of the attendees are interested in formalizing their business under the simple tax regime, 40.7% consider it and the remaining 13% definitely said "No", also, it was evidenced with the survey that of 100% of the attendees, 79.6% prefer to undertake said formalization at the beginning of the year 2024, 16.7% after 3 months of this training and 3 7% remaining in less than 3 months to this training. This 3.7% is represented by two (2) natural persons, who want to establish themselves as legal persons under the RST and chose the student speakers to carry out this process. 8 Once the training and survey activity was completed, it was possible to show that 87% of the attendees, who correspond to small merchants from Tabio, Cundinamarca, are interested in formalizing their businesses and, in particular, recognize the importance of contributing with their taxes to the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs - DIAN and the Secretary of Finance of Tabio, since this generates peace of mind in the execution of their commercial activities, opens doors for growth and development and favors the construction of a better country and, especially, of a best municipality. Due to the foregoing, the recommendation is for: i) the merchant, so that from the first moment that he contemplates the possibility of creating or expanding his business, he does so formally, acting legally before the corresponding entities and faithfully commits to fulfilling his responsibilities in tax matters, since their contribution is very important for society in general, and ii) the present and future administration of the municipality of Tabio, since it was clear with 81.5% of the attendees that they would like to participate in more events. that educates them, updates them and allows them to choose the best alternatives to make their business more competitive and at the same time contribute to the improvement of society in general.
