Centro Intergeneracional para la Integración de la Infancia y el Adulto Mayor

Abstract

La presente investigación plantea la creación de espacios de integración que permitan promover el encuentro entre distintas generaciones, creando así ambientes de bienestar y protección capaces de fomentar el intercambio de conocimiento y oportunidades de desarrollo de la niñez y del adulto mayor, por medio de factores sensoriales y de conexión con el paisaje, así como también mediante la función y la forma del objeto arquitectónico, logrando así espacios propicios para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida y el fortalecimiento del tejido social de Ibagué, esto, con el fin de adaptarse a los cambios demográficos y las situaciones de vulnerabilidad que generan brechas y segregación hacia poblaciones dependientes.

This research proposes the creation of integration spaces that allow the promotion of the meeting between different generations, thus creating environments of well-being and protection capable of promoting the exchange of knowledge and development opportunities for children and the elderly, through sensory factors and connection with the landscape, as well as through the function and form of the architectural object, thus achieving favorable spaces for the improvement of the quality of life and the strengthening of the social fabric of Ibague, this, in order to adapt to the demographic changes and situations of vulnerability that generate gaps and segregation towards dependent populations.
