Plan de Mejoramiento en el Área de Producción y Logística de la Avícola El Eden

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado es un plan de mejoramiento que buscará solucionar el problema del área de producción y logística de la organización Huevos el Eden que se ubica en el municipio de Ocaña norte de Santander, más específicamente en el área de producción de huevos orgánicos, donde se recolecto información a través de entrevistas a los colaboradores que integran estos procesos como también del Gerente General de la compañía para así entregar datos de la mayor veracidad y eficiencia. Se inicia con la recolección de información y datos de la empresa Huevos el Eden para entenderla desde su composición, la misión, la visión, su posición ante las adversidades y los recursos con los que cuentan para sus procesos; se profundizó en los antecedentes que han tenido los incentivos que se han manejado en esta organización para detectar debilidades y oportunidades. Ahora ya detectado el problema de la producción y logística donde se exploró en las afectaciones que implican para la empresa cuente con ineficiencia y falta de fuerza de trabajo. Por lo que se empieza a plantear toda la actividad desde un mapa de procesos y una matriz PCI, misma, que serán utilizadas para el desarrollo y plan de mejoramiento, seguidamente los objetivos desde el general hasta los específicos para aterrizar las prácticas que se quieren llegar a lograr con este plan de mejoramiento. Por consiguiente, se dio inicio a la metodología mostrando el proyecto a mejorar a todos los involucrados teniendo en cuenta el alto mando, para esto fue seleccionó un integrante de la operación con la importancia y conocimiento suficiente para realizar la entrevista en base a su experiencia en el tema abordar como la problemática de detectada en su producción.

Therefore, the entire activity begins to be considered from a process map and a PCI matrix, which will be used for the development and improvement plan, followed by the objectives from the general to the specific ones to land the practices that are to be achieved. to achieve with this improvement plan. Therefore, the methodology began showing the project to be improved to all those involved taking into account the high command, for this a member of the operation was selected with sufficient importance and knowledge to conduct the interview based on his experience in the subject to address as the problem detected in its production.
