Diagnóstico de la situación actual de los pequeños comerciantes de minimercados del sector de Castilla, en el Régimen Simple de Tributación

Abstract

Esta investigación aborda el tema de la informalidad en Colombia y la necesidad de fomentar la formalización en diversos sectores económicos. Se destaca el Régimen Simple de Tributación como una herramienta para combatir la informalidad y simplificar los procesos tributarios. A través de un enfoque cualitativo se realizó un estudio en el barrio Castilla de Bogotá, donde se aplicó un cuestionario a pequeños comerciantes de minimercados. Los resultados revelaron un desconocimiento generalizado sobre el Régimen Simple de Tributación y sus beneficios. Como conclusión, se propone estrategias para fortalecer el conocimiento en materia tributaria entre los comerciantes de minimercados y promover la formalización en el sector.

Abstract This investigative study is based on an inquiry that approach the problem that arise in the minimarket sector in the Castilla neighborhood in the city of Bogotá, in terms of informality and erroneous registration in the tax regime. The purpose of the investigation proposed here is to analyze and demonstrate whether the alternatives for formalization and reduction of formal and substantial obligations offered by the Colombian State have been used in a timely manner by taxpayers, in order to obtain a diagnosis that allows knowing the reception of has had the Simple Taxation Regime within the economic sector object study. Consequently, it seeks to offer an alternative that helps to mitigate the misinformation, lack of interest and uncertainty that predominates in the merchants of the mini-markets in Colombia, when making the decision to formalize or restructure their mode of operation in the different fields of action regarding the legalization of their companies
