Diseño de Plan de Mejoramiento Técnico, Tecnológico, Operativo y Administrativo de Plantas de Tratamiento de Agua Potable en el Departamento de Cundinamarca

Abstract

El presente documento se basa en llevar a cabo un análisis sobre la viabilidad del proyecto planteado en el marco de trabajo de grado para realización de planes de mejoramiento, técnicos, administrativos, tecnológicos, operativos y legales cumpliendo los parámetros legales vigentes que rigen este tipo de proyectos de saneamiento; por otro lado el proyecto se constituye bajo el marco metodológico del PMBOK sexta edición donde encontraremos a profundidad los análisis de los diferentes planes de gestión acoplados a este proyecto y como poder resolver los problemas que se presenten durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto. Con la ejecución de este trabajo se podrá plasmar los diferentes escenarios en el planteamiento de un proyecto y como poder implementar estrategias acordes al campo en el cual se desarrolla el proyecto.

This document focuses on carrying out an analysis of the viability of the project proposed in the framework of degree work for the realization of improvement, technical, administrative, technological, operational and legal plans complying with the current legal parameters that govern this type of sanitation projects; On the other hand, the project is constituted under the methodological framework of the sixth edition PMBOK where we will find in depth the analysis of the different management plans coupled to this project and how to solve the problems that arise during the life cycle of the project. With the execution of this work, it will be possible to translate the different scenarios in the approach of a project and how to implement strategies according to the field in which the project is developed.
