Propuesta de Infraestructura Social

Abstract

El proyecto de propuesta de infraestructura social, con base en las necesidades etarias y poblaciones de la población víctima del conflicto armado en el municipio de turbo departamento de Antioquia, está diseñado para resolver las necesidades que se les han venido arrebatando a las comunidades, las cuales han sido ocasionadas por los grupos al margen de la ley (ELN, EPL y AGC). Esta infraestructura social permitirá disminuir la deserción de las poblaciones mencionadas anteriormente y evitar sus asentamientos en ciudades principales dado que representa y genera mayores inversiones en las ciudades principales al tener que reorganizar los espacios para que esta población tenga un techo y una alimentación de igual forma fomenta grupos de asentamientos en zonas públicas como la presentada el 13 de mayo del 2022 en la ciudad de Bogotá por la población embrea (CASTILLO, 2022) . La propuesta de infraestructura social se presentará a las diferentes entidades del estado que cuenten con programas de enfoque territorial en estas zonas, para así, poder mejorar las condiciones de vida y/o culturas de las comunidades, ya que, al llevar a cabo la construcción de este tipo de infraestructuras, las comunidades podrán darle el tipo de uso que deseen, de acuerdo con sus necesidades para poder generar ingresos, actividades como bingos, reuniones sociales, entre otras.

The social infrastructure proposal project, based on the age and population needs of the victims of the armed conflict in the municipality of Turbo, Department of Antioquia, is designed to solve the needs that have been taken away from the communities, which have been caused by the illegal armed groups (ELN, EPL and AGC). This social infrastructure will reduce the desertion of the aforementioned populations and avoid their settlements in major cities, given that it represents and generates greater investments in the major cities by having to reorganize the spaces for this population to have a roof and food, as well as promoting settlement groups in public areas such as the one presented on May 13, 2022 in the city of Bogota by the Embrea population (CASTILLO, 2022). The social infrastructure proposal will be presented to the different state entities that have territorial approach programs in these areas, in order to improve the living conditions and/or cultures of the communities, since, by carrying out the construction of this type of infrastructure, the communities will be able to give it the type of use they want, according to their needs in order to generate income, activities such as bingo, social gatherings, among others.
