El Patrimonio como Eje Fundamental de la Vivienda

Abstract

Basado en la Arquitectura Sostenible, esta investigación se basa en una intervención contemporánea en un contexto patrimonial en la Isla El castillo, Bolívar, buscando incentivar el turismo al lugar de estudio tras la aplicación de todas las herramientas de bienestar para los pobladores sin afectar la arquitectura del ejemplo, Mompox. Es una investigación de campo, con enfoque cualitativo y diseño no experimental, hiendo directamente a la problemática en cuestión con la finalidad de solventar las preguntas formuladas, aplicando mecanismo que permitan erradicar problemas que afectan a la población. Como objetivo general se presenta incentivar el turismo en una zona con problemas económicos, déficit habitacional e inundaciones. Así, se conllevó a la construcción de viviendas con mecanismos que se elevan al llegar la temporada de lluvia siguiendo la línea de arquitectura colonial, con un muelle con establecimientos comerciales que fomentan el turismo en este lugar que tiene mucho por aportar y dar a conocer.
