Diseño de un Software de Gestión Documental para el Transporte de Carga Terrestre en Colombia

Abstract

El presente trabajo plantea el diseño de un software de gestión documental que permita tener centralizada toda la información de los conductores, empresas y vehículos del transporte de carga terrestre en Colombia, para con este mejorar la eficiencia en tiempo y evitar la falsedad, incumplimiento o ilegalidad en la documentación. Reduciendo la accidentalidad en este medio de transporte y con ello los costos del servicio. El trabajo se presenta soportado en los planes de gestión establecidos en el PMBOK® a un nivel de diseño para ser desarrollado por los interesados que adquieran las licencias.

This paper proposes the design of a document management software that allows to have centralized all the information of drivers, companies and vehicles of road freight transport in Colombia, to improve the efficiency in time and avoid falsehood, noncompliance or illegality in the documentation. Reducing the accident rate in this means of transportation and with it the costs of the service. The paper is presented supported by the management plans established in the PMBOK® at a design level to be developed by the interested parties acquiring the licenses.
