Plan de Mejoramiento para el Área de Producción en la Organización Estudio Daiku

Abstract

La empresa Estudio Daiku, es una empresa se dedica especialmente a la fabricación de muebles de cocina, escritorios, armarios, entre otros; al gusto y medidas que el cliente lo solicita, llegar a este producto final la empresa tiene como objetivo comprometerse y brindarles a los clientes el mejor servicio, para cumplir sus expectativas y satisfacer sus necesidades, para enfocarse en este cumplimiento permitirá que la empresa logre dar solución a diferentes situaciones actuales que presenta el cliente.

Para la elaboración de este trabajo fue importante primero realizar un diagnóstico que nos permitiera identificar las falencias que presenta la empresa actualmente en el área de producción, para poder establecer cuáles van a ser las herramientas adecuadas para poder solucionar los problemas detectados, asimismo se busca es que el área de producción sea eficiente a la hora de la elaborar un proyecto solicitado por el cliente.

Currently being a company with little time working in the market, it is full of challenges to overcome itself and be competitive free other industries, which is why with this work is sought to formulate a plan of improvement in the processes of the production area, implementing administrative tools that help them to be more efficient in these same ones For the elaboration of this work, it was important first of all to make a diagnosis that would allow us to identify the shortcomings that the company currently presents in the production area, in order to establish which will be the appropriate tools to be able to solve the problems detected, it is also sought that the production area is efficient when preparing a project requested by the client.
