Diseño y Desarrollo de un Software de Georreferenciación y Control que Ayude a Organizar los Servicios de Atención Prehospitalaria al Centro Regulador de Urgencias, Emergencias y Desastres (CRUED), de la Gobernación de Cesar

Abstract

La Empresa Data App SAS requiere ampliar sus líneas de negocios mejorando su rentabilidad y participación en el mercado y para ello realiza un estudio a su interior y de mercado para tomar decisiones que le permitirán incursionar con sus soluciones en el sector gobierno, se define realizar el diseño y estructuración de un software de georreferenciación que permita organizar y controlar los servicios prehospitalarios que los centros reguladores de urgencias, emergencias y desastres (CRUED) del territorio colombiano, brindando una herramienta tecnológica que gestione de forma óptima los recursos que cuentan las oficinas CRUED para la atención de llamadas de emergencias que requieran la movilización de ambulancias y traslado de pacientes a centros hospitalarios, generando una base de datos y trazabilidad de los eventos atendidos, para ello la Empresa Data App SAS inicia con el departamento del Cesar que través de un proceso licitatorio que le es adjudicado realizara la App que genere toda esta solución a su oficina del CRUED anexa a su territorio. Con este ejercicio ejecutamos la planificación mediante la metodología de PMI (Project Management Institute), generando todos los planes de gestión del proyecto, integrando las diferentes áreas de conocimiento aplicadas al desarrollo de un producto de Software.

The Company Data App SAS requires to expand its lines of business improving its profitability and market share and for this it carries out a study within and market to make decisions that will allow it to venture with its solutions in the government sector, it is defined to carry out the design and structuring of a georeferencing software that allows to organize and control the prehospital services that the centers r urgent, emergency and disaster regulators (CRUED) of the Colombian territory, providing a technological tool that optimally manages the resources available to the CRUED offices for the attention of emergency calls that require the mobilization of ambulances and transfer of patients to hospital centers, generating a database and traceability of the events attended, for this, the Data App SAS Company starts with the department of Cesar that through a bidding process that is awarded to it will make the App that generates all this solution to its CRUED office annexed to its territory. With this exercise we execute the planning using the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology, generating all the project management plans, integrating the different areas of knowledge applied to the development of a Software product.
