Vivienda Universitaria en el Municipio de Chía

Abstract

Este proyecto de grado tiene un ámbito de intervención arquitectónico, con un enfoque en la línea de investigación de hábitat y territorio, el cual se genera a partir de la necesidad de la población por solucionar el déficit habitacional que se presenta el municipio de Chía, Cundinamarca, específicamente en la generación de vivienda universitaria, la cual plantea la necesidad de incluir los servicios complementarios que necesita este usuario específico. Se concluye por el análisis demográfico y de movilidad que evidencia la problemática, y que hace parte de la solución formativa del proyecto, haciendo estudio al contexto del tipo de vivienda universitaria que oferta actualmente el municipio y por el cual se busca proponer un modelo más acertado en cuanto a propuesta arquitectónica, urbana y social. El proyecto realiza un estudio del contexto colombiano de la vivienda universitaria por sus conceptos para poderlos aplicar, por su disposición, por su forma y sus servicios, los cuales definen de manera morfológica el proyecto; pensado para este usuario específico que tiene en cuenta su manera de habitar y de movilizarse. Es entonces fundamental la investigación específica de métodos de construcción de residencias para estudiantes, pero también de edificios residenciales en general que hacen un aporte conceptual.

This degree Project has an architectural scope of intervention, with an habitat and land focus and a sustainable architecture emphasis, which generates from the need of the population to solve the housing deficit that is present in the municipality of Chia, Cundinamarca, specifically through the generation of university housing, which plans the need to contain the complementary services that this specific user needs. It concludes for the demographic analysis and the mobility analysis that shows the problem, and that makes part of the formal solution of the project, making a study to the context of the university housing that the municipality offers now and which is the reason to search to propose a more accurate model of housing in the architectural, urban and social way. The project then makes a study of the Colombian context of the university housing for its concepts so it could apply them, of disposition, of form and its services which defines the morphological way of the project, thought for this specific user that has on account its way of living and moving. It is fundamental the specific investigation of construction’s methods for student’s residences, but also of residential buildings in general that makes a conceptual input.
