Diseño y Construcción de un Centro Agroturístico y Sostenible en Santa Rosa de Viterbo, Departamento de Boyacá

Abstract

Este trabajo describe la estructuración de un centro agroturístico y sostenible en Santa Rosa de Viterbo, Boyacá bajo la directriz de la guía PMbok versión 6. El proyecto se compone del diseño y construcción de la primera fase del centro agroturístico, el cual incluye 15 cabañas de tipología de acomodación múltiple para la zona de alojamiento y la remodelación de una edificación existente para la sede social y administrativa. Para proceder con la elaboración y definición de los planes del proyecto se desarrollan los cinco grupos de procesos planteados en la guía del PMBok versión seis y se integran al trabajo de grado las diez áreas del conocimiento del PMI.

This work describes the structuring of a sustainable agrotourism center in Santa Rosa de Viterbo, Boyacá, following the guidelines of the PMbok version 6. The project involves the design and construction of the first phase of the agrotourism center, which includes fifteen multiple accommodation cabins for the lodging area and the remodeling of an existing building for the social and administrative headquarters. To proceed with the elaboration and definition of the project plans, the five process groups outlined in the PMBok Version 6 guide are developed, and the ten areas of PMI knowledge are integrated into the degree work.
