Plan de Renovación Uni - Naranjos

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado se aborda desde la renovación urbana arquitectónica de la vivienda unifamiliar y multifamiliar, enfrentando la transformación que han generado las diferentes necesidades de las personas, creando en un mismo lugar diferente tipo de actividades dentro del hogar. De esta manera se logra identificar diferentes objetivos a resolver en este proyecto: establecer nuevos espacios que se unan con la vivienda para poder tener una ayuda económica dentro de la misma, dando lugar a viviendas con un uso mixto, denominadas viviendas rentables o viviendas comerciales acompañadas de diferentes espacios para toda la comunidad como zonas verdes, equipamientos de primer y segundo nivel y conexiones que ayuden a la sociedad situada allí, para que no generar tan solo un proyecto si no un referente que sirva para la organización de estos espacios. Con base a esto se construye un concepto teórico mediante conceptos y análisis que realizan diversos autores como María Martínez con “El Patio Como Un Elemento Vigente en la Arquitectura Contemporánea Vigente”, Diego Barajas con “Viviendas productivas” y Charles-Édouard Jeanneret-Gris (Le Corbusier) con “Espacio habitable” donde el análisis que se hace a una sociedad con diferentes necesidades frente a la arquitectura se convierte en el principal punto para poder proyectar la renovación urbana se contiene vivienda multifamiliar, equipamientos y zonas verdes de esparcimiento.

This degree work is approached from the architectural urban renewal of single-family and multi-family housing, facing the transformation generated by the different needs of people, creating in the same place different types of activities within the home. In this way, it is possible to identify different objectives to be resolved in this project: to establish new spaces that join with the dwelling in order to have economic aid within it, giving rise to dwellings with a mixed use, called profitable dwellings or accompanied commercial dwellings. Of different spaces for the entire community such as green areas, first and second level equipment and connections that help the society located there, so that it does not generate just a project but a reference that serves to organize these spaces. Based on this, a theoretical concept is built through concepts and analyzes carried out by various authors such as María Martínez with “The Courtyard as a Current Element in Current Contemporary Architecture”, Diego Barajas with “Productive Housing” and Charles-Édouard Jeanneret-Gris ( Le Corbusier) with “Living space” where the analysis made of a society with different needs in relation to architecture becomes the main point to be able to project urban renewal, containing multi-family housing, facilities and green areas for recreation
