La Esquina como Concepto Principal de Diseño en un Hotel para la Recuperación del Centro

Abstract

El proyecto será un hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá, específicamente en la Av. NQS con Av. El dorado, el cual ayudará a la recuperación de las dinámicas y la interacción de los usuarios con el Centro de la cuidad. El proyecto se encargará de enmarcar las visuales más importantes del entorno a todo lo largo del proyecto, se utilizará la esquina como elemento principal de diseño para generar sensaciones de espacio, lograr una circulación fluida, controlar las emociones del turista y ampliar las visuales o reducir estas. En su distribución en planta se separarán las actividades sociales de la unidad más importante del hotel que es la habitación, por ende, las primeras plantas, que serán el basamento del diseño, serán destinadas a las actividades sociales, mientras que en las torres estarán ubicadas las habitaciones. Aparte, este espacio tendrá un enfoque ambientalmente sostenible, ya que uno de los objetivos es generar que el usuario se sienta a gusto y tranquilo en el lugar.

The project will be in charge of framing the most important visuals of the environment throughout the project, the corner will be used as the main design element to generate sensations of space, achieve fluid circulation, control the emotions of the tourist and expand the visuals or reduce these. In its floor layout, the social activities will be separated from the most important unit of the hotel, which is the room. Therefore, the first floors, which will be the base of the design, will be used for social activities, while the towers will be located the rooms. Besides, this space will have an environmentally sustainable approach, since one of the objectives is to make the user feel comfortable and calm in the place.
