Infraestructura Hospitalaria Resiliente

Abstract

Si analizamos la infraestructura hospitalaria de la ciudad de Bogotá actualmente podremos podemos evidenciar una centralización de los equipamientos de salud en el borde oriental de la ciudad lo que conlleva una carencia de cobertura en el borde occidental, zona donde reside el mayor porcentaje de población y con un mayor deterioro social esto sumándolo a problemáticas como el abandono y descuido de la infraestructura presente impiden que los centros de salud puedan ofrecer un servicio eficiente y de calidad y que responda a la demanda de la población .Gracias a la pandemia ocasionada por el virus Covid-19 pudimos presenciar de primera mano como los criterios bajo los que se ha desarrollado la infraestructura hospitalaria no son suficientes y menos para afrontar futuras emergencias de este nivel

Todo esto nos lleva a preguntarnos ¿cuáles deben ser los principios bajo los que debe desarrollar la arquitectura hospitalaria del futuro? La investigación se llevará a cabo mediante un aporte teórico sobre como a través de 3 conceptos que consideramos fundamentales, Resiliencia Humanización y Sostenibilidad se puede desarrollar una arquitectura hospitalaria eficiente y de calidad preparada para responder a los retos del futuro y diseñada para el confort y beneficio de sus usuarios.

If we analyze the hospital infrastructure of the city of Bogotá, we can currently see a centralization of health facilities on the eastern edge of the city, which entails a lack of coverage on the western edge, an area where the highest percentage of the population resides and with a greater social deterioration, this added to problems such as the abandonment and neglect of the present infrastructure prevent health centers from offering an efficient and quality service that responds to the demand of the population. Thanks to the pandemic caused by the Covid virus - 19 we were able to witness first-hand how the criteria under which the hospital infrastructure has been developed are not sufficient and even less so to deal with future emergencies of this level. All this leads us to ask ourselves, what should be the principles under which the hospital architecture of the future should be developed? The research will be carried out through a theoretical contribution on how, through 3 concepts that we consider fundamental, Resilience, Humanization and Sustainability, an efficient and quality hospital architecture can be developed, prepared to respond to the challenges of the future and designed for comfort and benefit. of its users.
