Reestructuración del Simbolismo e Identidad en el Centro Histórico de Tocaima, Cundinamarca

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado realiza el análisis y evaluación del municipio de Tocaima, Cundinamarca comprendiendo todas sus estructuras urbanísticas enfocándose en su centro histórico, donde se evidencian grandes problemáticas de funcionalidad urbana, según diversos autores especializados en el campo del urbanismo, se pudo definir que el centro es el eje de todas las actividades urbanas por lo cual una intervención urbana influirá en el resto del municipio progresivamente, acompañado de teorías , referentes nacionales e internacionales se definieron tres elementos principales en la intervención: Parque principal , calles y manzanas perimetrales del parque principal que están bajo criterios de diseño que permitan la relación entre el interior y el exterior, el peatón como prioridad y una visibilidad constante del paisaje cercano, mediano y lejano.

The present work of degree performs the analysis and evaluation of the town of Tocaima in Cundinamarca understanding all its urban structures focusing on its historic center, where major problems of urban functionality are evidenced, according to various authors specialized in the field of urbanism, it could be defined that the center is the axis of all urban activities so that an urban intervention will influence the rest of the town progressively, accompanied by theories, national and international references, three main elements in the intervention were defined: Main park , streets and perimeter blocks of the main park, they are under design criteria that allow the relationship between inside and outside, the pedestrian as a priority and a constant visibility of the near, medium and distant landscape.
