Rehabilitación del Lugar para la Integración de la Recreación y el Deporte

Abstract

El documento presenta la propuesta arquitectónica para un Centro Deportivo en Cajicá, Cundinamarca, como aporte al déficit de escenarios recreativos y deterioro sistemático y progresivo de los mismos. La intervención propone la rehabilitación del lugar donde se encuentra el actual Coliseo Fortaleza de Piedra, replanteando la implantación y la propuesta arquitectónica desde criterios de conectividad y composición, para la incorporación de nuevas prácticas recreativas y deportivas. En el marco de los lineamientos de investigación paisaje, lugar y territorio, se desarrollará un análisis de carácter proyectual estructurado en tres etapas: diagnostica, argumentativa y proyectual. Se desarrollará una propuesta arquitectónica fundamentada a nivel de proyecto, la cual aportará un escenario deportivo incluido en el plan de desarrollo, con el propósito de promover la práctica del deporte, mejorando los escenarios deportivos existentes o proponiendo uno nuevo más complejo y dirigido a la población objetivo del municipio y la provincia. Desde el punto de vista disciplinar, el proyecto se fundamenta con una relación interior-exterior por medio de su espacio público diseñado con el fin de recrear vitalidad a la población local, recreando espacios con actividades importantes recreativamente generando esparcimiento. El centro deportivo busca justificarse a través de unas problemáticas de carácter disciplinar, donde se muestra la formación de una relación compositivamente el municipio y vitalidad de la población se convierte en algo indispensable y la integración real de las personas con el proyecto a través de las actividades recreo deportivas. El proyecto no busca separarse de los usos actuales de su pre existencia, sino lo contrario, poder contemplar la necesidad espacial que se tiene y recrear nuevos espacios para la práctica de estas disciplinas.
