Becool: Hotel Campestre en Villavicencio, Meta

Abstract

El presente proyecto investigativo tiene como principal objetivo exponer la revitalización y desarrollo de alternativas arquitectónicas vinculadas al turismo sostenible. Se realizó una investigación sobre el potencial del turismo el cual representa una fuente para el desarrollo y bienestar de un país o una región, buscando mejorar las condiciones laborales y ser la iniciativa de un nuevo modelo de desarrollo económico para el sector, también se investigo el potencial del paisaje patrimonial cultura el cual hace parte de un recurso colectivo importante para la calidad de vida de las poblaciones: en ámbitos natural, rural, suburbano y urbano. Por lo tanto, se propone realizar un hotel campestre en la ciudad de Villavicencio como capital del departamento del (Meta) con el fin de mejorar el desarrollo económico y sostenible relacionando el diseño de la edificación con el medio ambiente, replanteando el modelo actual de infraestructura turística que se ha caracterizado por no integrar de manera armónica los elementos naturales ignorando las cualidades ambientales. El proyecto busca generar espacios habitables con diversas instalaciones para resaltar el vínculo de unión del usuario el entorno natural con sus diferentes especies de fauna y flora.

The main objective of this research project is to expose the revitalization and development of architectural alternatives linked to sustainable tourism. An investigation was carried out on the potential of tourism which represents a source for the development and well-being of a country or a region, seeking to improve working conditions and be the initiative of a new economic development model for the sector, the potential of the cultural heritage landscape which is part of an important collective resource for the quality of life of the populations: in natural, rural, suburban and urban environments. Therefore, it is proposed to create a country hotel in the city of Villavicencio (Meta) in order to improve economic and sustainable development by relating the design of the building with the environment, since the poor use of the environmental qualities that offers the monopolized urban hotels in the city with an emphasis on economic exploitation and not sustainable development. The project seeks to generate habitable spaces with various facilities to highlight the link between the user and the natural environment with its different species of fauna and flora.
