Plan de Mejoramiento para Perfeccionar el Proceso Interno de Expedición del “Paz y Salvo” para los Estudiantes de Pregrado en una IES Aeronáutica.
Abstract
El plan de mejoramiento en la Institución el Politécnico ICAFT, tiene como objetivo eliminar los
micro-procesos donde existe una repetición innecesaria en las tareas que llevan las áreas de
Registro y control, Académica, Financiera y Bilingüismo en la expedición del “paz y salvo” para
los estudiantes de pregrado en la Institución. Se busca, ser más eficientes en el back office asociado
directamente al proceso, reduciendo desperdicios de insumos, desgaste laboral y aumentando la
productividad de los colaboradores, incremento el valor agregado ofrecido a los estudiantes de
forma rápida y bajo las mejores condiciones que rodean en la empresa este paso final para el
estudiante.
Las herramientas que permitieron identificar y plasmar detalladamente la problemática fueron:
flujograma del proceso, matriz de procesos, matriz PCI y matriz DOFA ampliada a nivel interno,
las cuales mostraron visualmente la duplicidad de actividades del proceso y generaron una
restructuración en el flujograma, dando como resultado un proceso más productivo. The improvement plan in the Institution, aims to eliminate micro-processes where there is
unnecessary repetition in the tasks carried out by the areas of Registration and control, Academic,
Financial and Bilingualism in the issuance of "peace and safe" for undergraduate students at the
Institution. With the purpose of improving the back office of the process, reducing waste of
supplies, work wear and increasing the productivity of the collaborators, also being reflected in
the front office, that is, increasing the effectiveness of the response for the students.
The tools that made it possible to identify and capture the problem in detail were: process
flowchart, process matrix, PCI matrix and DOFA matrix expanded internally, which visually
showed the duplicity of process activities and generated a restructuring in the flowchart, giving as
result in a more productive process.
