Construcción de Viviendas Sostenibles

Abstract

El objetivo central del documento fue desarrollar un prototipo de vivienda sostenible que fue construida bajo parámetros bioclimáticos, ecológicos, entre otros. Para llevar a cabo esto se identificaron las personas que estaban interesadas en adquirir una vivienda propia y que además dentro de sus requisitos estaba que estas tengan un menor impacto ambiental. A fin de suplir esta necesidad se propuso usar materiales naturales como madera, fibra de coco, entre otros, como principales suministros e insumos de construcción logrando disminución de costos y tiempo. Además, se desarrolló un diseño arquitectónico para que la construcción se ejecutara en fases y fue pensada para la dinámica bioclimática, ahorrando costos durante la operación o en otras palabras mantenimiento del hogar.

In order to carry out this, the people who are interested in acquiring their own home were identified and that also within their requirements is that they have a lower environmental impact. In order to meet this need, it is proposed to use natural materials such as wood, coconut fiber, among others as the main supplies and construction inputs, achieving a reduction in costs and time.
